By using the System, the user agrees unconditionally to this Policy and the terms of data processing outlined herein. If the user does not agree with the Policy, they must refrain from using the System.
The System is intended for customers who wish to order food from “Mix Burger.”
Within the System, the user (customer) can:
view the menu and available dishes;
select meals and place orders;
track order status and delivery in real time;
contact support or the courier;
save their order history;
receive order-related notifications.

The user voluntarily provides personal data such as full name, phone number, delivery address, email, date of birth, and other optional information.

If permitted, the System may use GPS or network-based location data to determine the user's location for delivery and to show nearby branches.
1.3. Device Technical Information
Information such as operating system version, device model, etc., is collected for the purposes of diagnostics, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
1.4. IP Address
Used to ensure user security, apply regional restrictions, and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.
1.5. Order History
Stored to allow easy repeat orders, analyze preferences, and support loyalty and discount programs.
2.1. Processing
The Company processes only the information necessary to ensure the functioning of the System and the proper delivery of services.
2.2. Protection
The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard user data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
2.3. Storage
User data is stored until the user deletes their profile or requests deletion.
2.4. Deletion
The user can delete their profile within the System. Upon deletion, the Company will either permanently delete or anonymize the user’s personal data.
