According to Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this document is a public offer for entering into a service contract for the preparation and delivery of products (hereinafter — Goods) under the trademark "MIX BURGER". A person who accepts this offer, places an order, and complies with the set requirements using the information and materials on the website http://mixburger.uz (hereinafter — Website) is deemed to have entered into a contract under the terms of this document.
1.1. Unless otherwise implied by the context, the following terms shall have the meanings:
1.1.1. Courier Service — persons providing delivery services on behalf of the Seller or its employees.
1.1.2. Seller — a legal entity engaged in the sale of Goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Full name and address are indicated on the Website.
1.1.3. Buyer — a fully capable individual or a representative of a legal entity who purchases Goods for personal, family, household or other needs not related to business activities.

1.1.6. Goods — products presented on the Website. Actual appearance may differ from images.
1.2. Singular terms apply to the plural and vice versa.
2.1. Both parties confirm they have the necessary legal capacity to enter and execute the contract.
2.2. The Buyer agrees to familiarize themselves with this offer, the Goods' information, the privacy policy, and the user agreement on the Website.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer; the Buyer is responsible for monitoring changes.
2.4. Placing an order implies agreement with this offer.
2.5. The contract is deemed concluded at the moment the Buyer clicks the confirmation button or receives order readiness notification.
2.6. The offer is valid indefinitely unless otherwise stated on the Website.
3.1. The Seller provides the Goods at the prices listed on the Website and delivers them through the Courier Service. The Buyer accepts and pays for the Goods under this offer.
3.2. Ownership passes upon the Buyer's receipt of the Goods.
4.1. The Seller may send promotional messages if the Buyer consents.
4.2. The Buyer can unsubscribe from or resubscribe to promotions at any time.
4.3. The Seller may conduct marketing research and contact the Buyer with their consent.
4.4. Service notifications related to the order will be sent and cannot be disabled.
5.1. Orders may be placed via Phone or by filling out a form on the Website.
5.2. The Buyer must provide accurate information required to fulfill the order.
5.3. For any questions, the Buyer must contact the Seller by Phone before placing the order.
5.4. Orders can only be placed for available Goods.
5.5. Phone calls may be recorded.
6.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer.
6.2. Delivery cost:
Free within the city of Angren;
15,000 UZS for Kibray, Chirchik, Gazalkent;
For remote areas — price is set by the operator.
6.3. Delivery time: 30 minutes from order confirmation. In exceptional cases (e.g., weather, traffic), up to 90 minutes.
7.1. Prices are in Uzbek soums. Payment can be made in cash or by bank card.
7.2. The Buyer must obtain a receipt when paying in cash.
8.1. Goods of proper quality cannot be returned.
8.2. If a defect is found, the Buyer may request a replacement within 1 hour.
9.1. The parties are not liable in case of force majeure.
10.1. Disputes shall be settled by negotiation or, failing that, in court.
11.1. This offer is an official document of the Seller. All annexes are integral parts of it.
11.2. If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
